My approach to counselling is grounded in being human first. I believe meaningful healing happens through real connection, so building a strong, trusting relationship is at the heart of my work. Creating a space that feels safe and supportive that allows you to show up exactly as you are.

I meet you where you’re at and tailor counselling to what you need in each moment. I work from the belief that you already have resilience within you, and my role is to help you reconnect with that strength. Together, we focus on empowerment and supporting you to create a life that feels aligned with your values, in a way that feels authentic to you.

  • I offer youth counselling with a focus on empathy, connection, and practical skill-building. My work supports young people navigating social anxiety, anxiety disorders, perfectionism and pressure, relationship concerns, and family challenges. Sessions are tailored to meet each youth where they’re at, creating a safe space to build confidence, emotional awareness, and coping skills.

  • I offer one-on-one counselling that combines a trauma-informed, client-centred approach with Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), commonly known as exposure therapy. 

    ERP is especially effective for individuals facing anxiety, OCD, phobias, and PTSD. This evidence-based approach involves gently and safely facing feared situations or thoughts, while resisting the urge to avoid or engage in compulsions/safety behaviours. With support and guidance, clients learn to tolerate discomfort, reduce anxiety, and build confidence. ERP empowers you to move beyond fear and take back control of your life one step at a time.

  • I offer counselling grounded in respect, curiosity, and genuine connection. I work alongside LGBTQIA+ individuals to create a safe, inclusive space where all identities and experiences are welcomed, honoured, and explored.
